Frequently Asked Questions

Her gıda takviyesinde bahsedilen onay numarası bulunur mu? +

Yes. Every food supplement approved by the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and sold in Turkey must legally carry an approval number.

Onay numarası ile barkod numarası arasındaki fark nedir? +

The product's current registration status, official name and manufacturer or importer details will be shown. Compare them with the package to make sure they match.

Onay numarasını okumakta zorlanıyorsam ne yapmalıyım? +

Print quality or wear on the package can sometimes make the number hard to read. In that case, check the other sides of the outer box or the label of the bottle/box inside.

Sorguladığım ürüne dair bilgiler sistemde yer almıyorsa ne yapmalıyım? +

First, check the product name and approval number for typos and try again. If there's still no result, we recommend not using the product until you get confirmation from official sources.
